Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Experienced 3-5 years in project area
- Have good networking with Architect and Developer
- Excellent communication skill
- Can build a good relationship
- Can operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Own car and driving license (A)
Job Description :
- Develop CRM with key customers such as architects, developers, consultants, government, and building owners.
- Mentoring and monitoring Specifier Executive Team under them
- Handle important key accounts and make sure it’s well followed up
- Coordination for all promotional activities for the customers
- Evaluate the team weekly and make the report to the superior
- Create a report and action plan every semester and present it to the superior and the team.
- Regularly checking ProConnect filled out by self and also Specification Executive Team
- Responsible as an advisor and brand promotor for the company brand in the project market.
- Lead the specification activities, write down specifications incorporating company products, and get them specified in projects at the design stage
- Familiar with paint industries in the project area
